That gives an effective face area of about 8.375 x 2.625 inches per brick, or roughly 22 square inches. For a wall that's 20 feet long and 8 feet tall (160 square feet = 23,040 square inches), you'd need around 1,047 bricks plus a 5-10% waste factor for cuts and breakage.
